In like a lamb?

Here in Minnesota, it appears that March is arriving like a sweet little lamb. The National Weather Service concurs on this opinion. :-) Our temperatures are to be in the mid 30's all week and then possibly 40 on Saturday!! Oh, boy, Spring is on the way!! ............ well, then again.......... another forecast says that rain/showers late next Saturday could become heavy snow by Sunday. So much for spring! I just need the weather to be nice really soon! Two weeks from this Friday, my friend Sue and I are heading to Heidi Kaisand's Spring*Retreat! This has been the "carrot" that has kept me going through this crazy winter weather. Yes, there is a mini vacation in store really soon, and neither rain, nor snow, nor sleet, etc. will keep us from heading south for her retreat. I have already started packing my projects! March can go out "like a lion" as soon as we return from the retreat!
Back to my sewing projects.........

  4. It is raining and overcast here...does that mean March will go out like a lamb? Enjoy your retreat.

  7. That sounds wonderful, Sandi! I didn't know about it. You'll have loads of fun, I know! Will look forward to hearing all the news! Is this an annual retreat? Once or more often? Of course, I'm not where near Iowa, unfortunately.
