Decorating Plastic Eggs

Just in case you want to decorate a tree with eggs, here are the steps to making it happen. :-) All you have to do is double-click on the photos to enlarge if needed. If you don't want to hang these eggs on a Christmas tree that might still be in place, just take a walk and find a nice tree branch, spray paint it white (makes the eggs look better) and secure it in a large pot. I enjoyed decorating the eggs but it took me all Sunday afternoon to do it. It was worth it. I like the look and now I can pack them away on Monday after Easter and they'll be ready to hang come next year when my Christmas tree is still on my front porch just before Easter!

That quilt show post is coming up soon. Maybe later today or Saturday for sure..........

Looks like a perfect way to justify NOT putting the Christmas tree away! Those are really cute!

Love your Easter Egg Tree! Great idea:) Wonderful "how to" directions & pictures too. You know when Easter is over that tree could grow some very pretty summer flowers, then some fall leaves, and then it will be Christmas again!
